He was married Jan  7, 1943 to Faith Doris Brown
at Masonville, Delaware County, NY.  They had five children:

Morrell served in World War II for the U.S. Navy, SeaBees Co. 384.
His training was at Sampson Naval Center, Sampson, NY.  He was
also in the U.S. Army (Serial # 32251169) Tec. 5 Corps of Engineers.

Morrell worked at many jobs; farming in his early years, then at
Crowley's Creamery, and the last few years for Pomeroy Lumber Co.

He was a member of the V.F.W. of Afton, NY and the Afton Fire Dept.
He loved to hunt, especially raccoon and deer. 

He died 6:00 AM at home on November 8, 1997 from cancer.  
He had three brain tumors and two lung tumors.

His birth certificate number from Masonville, Delaware County, NY
is certificate # 28773, signed by J.A. DePerte, Director, and dated
at Albany, NY on 5 December 1928.
